Exchanges & Refunds

For Façon Garçon Design & Création it is important to guarantee the quality of all our products to match the energy we put into making each of them into durable objects. This is why we guarantee them against any manufacturing defect. They will be replaced or repaired at our expense during the first year of use of the product. This warranty does not apply to objects used improperly. If you accidentally damage one of our products, we will gladly repair it at the customer's expense.
As we work with natural materials such as leather or wood, we cannot guarantee absolute uniformity in all our products in terms of textures and colors.

Our products will be exchanged, refunded or corrected in the following circumstances:

• Sewing,
• Hardware
• Defective material

These anomalies must be reported within the first week following the purchase. Façon Garçon undertakes to repair a defective item free of charge and to cover all delivery costs.
After receiving the returned merchandise, Façon Garçon Design & Création will immediately proceed to exchange or refund, according to your instructions.

In the case of a refund, upon receipt of the goods, Façon Garçon Design & Création will issue the refund to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

Façon Garçon reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are used or damaged. Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition, with labels and in its original packaging.

Goods returned without an online invoice will not be accepted.
